Video files and recordings
Videos you select are loaded by your browser for the interactive preview. Sphere Studio does not intentionally upload or store the contents of those files on an application server. If you use the recording feature, your browser captures the rendered canvas and downloads the result directly to your device.
Your device, browser, extensions, operating system, or network environment may have their own data-handling behavior. Avoid using confidential material on a device you do not trust.
Information we may receive
Like most hosted websites, infrastructure providers may process limited request information needed to deliver and protect the service. This can include an IP address, browser and device type, requested URL, timestamps, diagnostic events, and security logs. We use this information for operation, reliability, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting.
Cookies, accounts, and analytics
Sphere Studio does not currently provide user accounts, run advertising trackers, or set optional analytics cookies. Essential hosting or security mechanisms may use short-lived technical data when required to make the service available or control access.
Retention and sharing
Sphere Studio does not retain selected video files. Limited infrastructure logs may be retained by service providers according to their security and operational policies. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose limited information when required by law, to protect the service, or to investigate abuse.
Children and changes to this policy
The service is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as the service changes; the effective date at the top of the page identifies the latest version.
