Purpose of the service
Sphere Studio is a conceptual visualization tool. It helps users explore how video may appear on a simulated 3D exterior inspired by the Las Vegas Sphere. Results are illustrative and are not production specifications, venue approvals, engineering guidance, or a guarantee of how content will appear on the real Exosphere.
Your content and responsibilities
You retain ownership of content you load into the service. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to use that content. Do not use Sphere Studio with unlawful, infringing, harmful, or privacy-violating material.
You may not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, misuse its infrastructure, or use automated methods that place an unreasonable load on it.
Intellectual property and independence
The Sphere Studio software, interface, and original site content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant rights to third-party names, logos, media, or trademarks.
Sphere Studio is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Sphere Entertainment Co. “Sphere,” “Exosphere,” and related marks may belong to their respective owners. Use of this simulator does not grant permission to advertise on, deliver content to, or otherwise use the real venue.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Features may change, pause, or stop without notice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, no warranties are made regarding accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or compatibility with a specific browser or device.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, opportunities, or business decisions arising from use of or inability to use Sphere Studio.
